Q:  How long it will take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days.  Priority shipping with USPS and ground shipping with UPS take on average 2 days depending on the zip code.  Please expected delays due to COVID-19.  If you need an item by a certain date, we would advise ordering at least 7 days before the time the item is needed.

Q:  How can I return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date.  Items held for a longer period cannot be returned.  The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  A refund will be issued via the original payment method.  Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.  Contact wecare@ropuddles.com to start the return process. 

Q:  What if an item is damaged?

We will exchange or refund you for any damaged items.  Contact wecare@ropuddles.com to start the exchange or return process. 

Q:   How does Klarna payments work?

Klarna allows you to purchase and pay in 4 equal installments.  There is no interest charged for this service if you pay on time.  Payments are due every 2 weeks.
