Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS within 2 - 4 business days from the time your order is placed.
Preorders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of the order date unless otherwise noted.
Please expect shipping delays during the holiday. If you need an item by a certain date, we advise that you place your order at least 7 days before the date an item is needed.
A tracking number will be sent when your order is fulfilled.
Fashions by RoPuddles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is not delivered, please file a claim with USPS or UPS for reimbursement of your order. Our customer service can help you with filing a claim.
Our goal is that you will be happy with your Fashions by RoPuddles purchase.
All regular priced items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. The returned items must have the original tags attached and be in good condition. Any defective item will be replaced at no charge. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. If you decide to use our return label, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label.
If an order is returned to us from the carrier because the delivery was refused by you. Your order will be refunded minus any return shipping cost incurred.
Special orders and clearance sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Items of equal value may be exchanged with 7 days of the delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee that merchandise will be in stock at the time an exchange is processed. Contact us at email@example.com to process return requests. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost and for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
