Shipping and Returns
Ready to Wear Collection orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS within 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Signature Couture Collection orders are shipped once the garment has been completed and the final payment is made (if a deposit was made). Signature Couture Collection orders are also shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Please expect shipping delays because of COVID-19 and holiday volume. If you need an Ready to Wear item by a certain date, we advise that you place your order at least 7 days before the date an item is needed.
A tracking number will be sent when your order is fulfilled.
Fashions by RoPuddles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is not delivered, please file a claim with USPS or UPS for reimbursement of your order.
Our goal is that you will be happy with your Fashions by RoPuddles purchase.
All regular priced Ready to Wear Collection items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund. The returned items must have the original tags attached and be in good condition. Any defective Ready to Wear Collection item will be replaced if possible. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label.
Special orders and clearance sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Items of equal value may be exchanged with 7 days of the delivery date. Contact us at email@example.com to process return requests. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost and for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
Signature Couture Collection
Since Signature Couture Collection items are made specifically for you, these orders cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will work hard to correct any issue that you may have.
